Corporate sponsorship levels

One of the ways we are hoping to keep the cost of the reunion weekend down is by finding corporate sponsors. In exchange for their generous support, these sponsors will receive varying levels of publicity and recognition for their business. These sponsorships provide a great opportunity for our former classmates to get the word out about their business, while also partnering with the reunion committee to ensure that our reunion event is a success! We already have one Platinum level sponsor, and one Gold level sponsor as well.

The four sponsorship “tiers” are as follows:

Bronze - $50

• Business card sized ad (black & white) in the booklet that will be distributed to everyone who attends the Saturday night event.
• Recognition on the sponsors page, including business name and phone number -or- web address -or- street address, and a short description (20 words or less) about the business.
• Occasional promotion in rotating text-only ads in various places on this website.

Silver - $100

• 1/4 page ad (black & white) in the booklet. Each page will be 8.5″ x 11″.
• A more prominently featured promo on the sponsors page, including bold-faced business name -and- complete contact info for the business -and- a longer description (40 words or less) about the business.
• Regular promotion in rotating text-only ads in various places on this website.
• Silver sponsors will be mentioned at least once by the DJ at the main event on Saturday night.

Gold - $250

• 1/2 page ad (black & white) in the booklet.
• A very prominently featured promo on the sponsors page, including your business logo -and- your business name in larger, bold-faced font -and- complete contact info for the business -and- a description of up to 100 words about your business.
• Frequent promotion in rotating ads in various places on this website, including an image or logo from the business.
• Gold sponsors will be mentioned at least twice by the DJ at the main event on Saturday night.

Platinum - $500

• Full page ad (black & white) -or- Full color 1/2 page ad in the booklet.
• A front-page post/update on this website recognizing the sponsor, including their logo, business description, contact info, etc.
• A very prominently featured promo on the sponsors page, with very few limitations on the size and design of this feature.
• Very frequent promotion in rotating ads in various places on this website, including images and/or logos from the business
• Platinum sponsors will be featured on all promotional materials sent out to former classmates (mailings, etc.).
• Platinum sponsors will be mentioned at least three times by the DJ at the main event on Saturday night.
